Leslie Olma is a financial service professional with expertise in Treasury Management, Payments, and Operations. She is a transformational leader whose work has changed landscapes across the financial services industry and readied organizations and their clients for next-level growth and scalability. Her experience at organizations both large and small has given her unique insight into business needs at various stages of development. She has worked for community and start-up organizations and three Fortune 500 Companies: JPMorgan, Associated Bank, and Capital One.
Leslie holds an MBA with a focus in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Barat College of DePaul University, and a certificate in Corporate Governance from the Wharton School of Business. She is currently matriculating a Juris Master degree with Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
As a former exchange student to Germany through the Congress-Bundestag Scholarship Program and Youth for Understanding, she has advocated for student exchange as a YFU volunteer and ambassador for the last two decades. In 2020, she co-founded a scholarship fund in partnership with YFU. Passport to Equity is a needs-based scholarship fund for American high school students to study abroad in over 50 different countries. Its purpose is to provide equity and accessibility to economically disadvantaged youth and to diversify the pool of students representing the United States abroad.
