UW Green Bay – Marinette Campus offers an Intensive English Program, allowing students to study English reading, writing, grammar and oral communication. Two years at UWGB – Marinette will prepare you for further academic career within the University of Wisconsin system. After class students can play golf at the Shorewood Golf Course or enjoy the 290 acres of nature at the Cofrin Arboretum.

+ International Support

In addition to the International Office on campus, students at UWGB – Marinette are matched to a family in the local community, called a Friendship Family. These dedicated volunteers provide you with a connection to the Marinette community and support you throughout your first year. Friendship Families do this by participating in campus and community events and even providing you with a short homestay experience when you first arrive. This unique program gives international students a great opportunity to make friends both on and off campus!

+ Dorms

UWGB – Marinette offers 11 residence halls. Each residence hall is completely furnished and offer students a private bathroom and shower in every room. All residence halls are co-ed and each room is shared by two students of the same gender. Residence halls are open throughout the academic year (September through May), including breaks.

With nearly 100 majors, minors and areas of emphasis, UW-Green Bay allows you to focus on a specific area of academic study or professional interest. + Athletics and Clubs

Athletics at UWGB – Marinette include basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, swimming and diving. With more than 100 student groups, clubs and organizations you can get involved with other like-minded students. +University Transfer

The majority of students transfer to the University of Wisconsin System upon graduation. However, students may have the opportunity to apply in other states as well.
