University of Wisconsin – Platteville Richland is a 2 year campus which is part of the University of Wisconsin Systems.  UW-Platteville Richland is proud to host a large international student community from all over the world. Being a branch of UW-Platteville, students benefit from the combined resources and expertise of a well-known four-year university. Students can begin any major and earn an Associate of Arts & Sciences degree, their personal general education foundation that transfers to all UW campuses.

At UW-Platteville Richland, you will find the support you are looking for as an international student. In addition to an International Office, students enjoy an International Student Orientation before classes begin.

+ Dorms

Campus View is located just across the highway from UW-Platteville Richland. At Campus View, students may opt for apartment or suite-style living. Contracts follow the academic schedule and housing staff members are trained to meet the needs of residents. Housing for up to 146 students is available and include many amenities.

+ Athletics and Clubs

UW-Platteville Richland has varsity women’s volleyball, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball. The Roadrunners are members of the Wisconsin Collegiate Conference. Clubs include the Gamers, History, Future Educators, and Math club among others.

+ University Transfer

UW – Platteville Richland and UW-Green Bay Marinette have a Guaranteed Transfer Agreement with the University of Wisconsin Madison, making it easy to transfer your earned credits to the University of Wisconsin Madison, or any number of universities throughout the state of Wisconsin as well as any university in the U.S. with a 2 year degree from its campus.
